Licensed Conveyancer with over 30 years experience Susan studied law for 6 years, and was one of the first people to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. Having worked for high profile law firms in Manchester and Preston, Susan established Cartin Lincoln Haynes in 2004. "I love my job. Being able to help someone achieve their hopes and dreams that are associated with buying and selling their home is a real privilege. I am very proud of the fact we still act for clients we worked with when we first opened in 2004, and the fact most of our work comes from repeat business and client recommendation is testament to the care we give to each and every client". Rachael Reception/admin assistant. Rachael has worked part time in the firm whilst studying for a psychology degree. She now works in a school as one to one support for children with special educational needs but still helps out in the family firm at evenings and weekends. "I love talking to clients. Risk and Compliance Officer with 14 years experience in the legal field. Having worked for many years in IT based industries Mark helped Susan establish Cartin Lincoln Haynes in 2004. He now provides support and advice to the firm on risk and compliance. "There are so many risks and threats these days from cyber crime and fraud. I get a real sense of satisfaction from protecting both the firm and its clients from those risks. Risks, and the regulations we work to in order to combat those risks, change frequently and my role in ensuring we are always up to date and follow best practice means we can ensure our clients will always get the best service". |
